Mainnet credit rails · with the record attached
Valtide is preparing isolated USDG credit markets for verified Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain. A position reaches borrowing only after canonical identity, valuation, liquidity, and control records agree onchain.
Stock Tokens provide economic exposure to underlying securities; they are not ownership of the underlying shares.

Launch discipline
The network and core assets are live. Valtide execution will unlock only after protocol addresses, audit reports, initial parameters, and funded market state can be independently checked.

IDENTITY + DEPLOYMENT
A token contract earns admission only when its registry identity, active status, and chain-4663 deployment agree. A familiar ticker is not enough.
The market accepts only its configured canonical deployment. A look-alike or unsupported contract never reaches collateral accounting.
REST reference views apply the multiplier once. Mainnet accounting reads the adjusted Chainlink token feed directly. The two routes are documented, never blended.
Each isolated market lends only the USDG already supplied to that pool and only inside its governed credit envelope.
Healthy positions keep ordinary actions. When evidence weakens, the market blocks new leverage first while preserving repayment and collateral addition.
Selling an asset to access cash ends the exposure. A collateralized position keeps that exposure while creating a separate debt obligation with explicit limits.
A ticker does not prove contract identity, oracle quality, liquidation depth, or upgrade authority. Valtide keeps those facts separate and names the gaps.

Valtide is preparing for mainnet, but protocol execution remains gated. Audited contracts, conservative limits, oracle validation, emergency procedures, and jurisdictional controls must be public before the first Valtide transaction.
A stale, invalid, or manipulated feed can misstate collateral. Valtide’s launch policy restricts expansion first while preserving repayment.
The underlying reference can stop trading while the token remains transferable. A halt is a control signal, not a healthy price.
A quoted value does not guarantee liquidation depth. Debt ceilings and isolated markets limit how far one asset can affect the system.
Upgradable software introduces implementation and governance risk. Audits, time delays, scoped permissions, and versioned markets are release gates—not optional assurances.
Valtide is independent credit infrastructure preparing isolated USDG markets for eligible Robinhood Stock Tokens. Its defining object is a borrowability record: identity, valuation route, credit envelope, and control state shown together. Mainnet execution remains locked until the public launch record is complete.
No. Robinhood describes Stock Tokens as tokenized debt securities providing economic exposure to an underlying asset. They are not the underlying shares and do not grant shareholder voting rights.
Rates will come from a published utilization model and verifiable pool state. Valtide displays no APY before contracts, parameters, and real liquidity exist.
The target is constrained upgrades: adapters change only through a public time delay, emergency powers can reduce risk but not expand it, and major accounting changes require a new versioned market.
No. Valtide is an independent protocol and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc.
